Products unused and in satisfactory condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase
Additionally, please retain all documentation and packaging to return your order
Products that have been personalized will not be accepted
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you
The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase
are non-refundable

Delivery Promise Depending on the item and delivery area, the following delivery times are available
Dubai
- Next-day delivery: Available for orders placed after 2 PM.
Abu Dhabi - Next-day delivery: Available for orders placed after 2 PM.
Rest of UAE - next-day delivery: Please place your order before 12 PM.
- Delivery within 1-2 days: Available for orders placed after 12 PM.
